“What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!”

Initially, there were some murmurings as we ventured further from Alford but she rather sheepishly admitted that the quality was excellent which made my stay more enjoyable as well!
